Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Specialist – Youth in Clinton to deliver personalized, in-home and community-based services to youth and families.

You will help them build resilience and navigate challenges, guided by individualized Wellness Plans, with regular collaboration with schools and healthcare partners. This full-time, benefits-eligible role requires flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license for community travel.

Qualificações

• High School/GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred.

Empower Youth and Families as a Community Support Specialist

Full-time, benefit eligible position. 40 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High School/GED required


• Associate's* or Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Qualified addiction professional;


• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from a college or university included in the U.S. Department of Education’s database of accredited schools at http:/ope.ed.gov/accreditation ;


• Any four-year degree or combination of higher education and qualifying experience;


• Four years of qualifying experience; or


• Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree as designated by the department.*


• Qualifying experience must include delivery of service to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.


• A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
