Compass Health, Inc. in the High Ridge area seeks a Community Support Specialist - Youth to deliver in-home and community-based support, building resilience in youth and families through personalized Wellness Plans and collaborative care with schools and healthcare providers.

This full-time role requires hands-on community work, travel to client homes, and some evenings/weekends to meet client needs; compensation is hourly with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred.

• Travel within the community to meet clients; some evenings and weekends required.

Empower Youth and Families as a Community Support Specialist Full-time, benefit eligible position. 40 hours weekly. As a Community Support Specialist - Youth, you'll provide personalized, in-home and community-based support, helping young people and their caregivers build resilience, navigate challenges, and create lasting change. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strengths-based, holistic services to youth and families based on individualized Wellness Plans
• Support family engagement and participation in the treatment process
• Provide coaching, skill-building, and access to community resources

• Communicate regularly with the client's integrated care team
• Document services accurately and timely in accordance with agency guidelines
• Travel within the community to meet with clients and families in their homes
• Flex your schedule based on client needs - some evenings and weekends required

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High School/GED required
• Associate's* or Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

Must qualify for position based on overall CSS requirements in at least one of the options listed:

• Qualified addiction professional;
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field from a college or university included in the U.S. Department of Education's database of accredited schools at http:/ope.ed.gov/accreditation ;
• Any four-year degree or combination of higher education and qualifying experience;
• Four years of qualifying experience; or
• Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree as designated by the department.*
• Qualifying experience must include delivery of service to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.
• A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
