Qualifications

• Four options for CSS requirements include addiction professional or related degree or qualifying experience; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group recovery and wellness support.
• Provide strengths‑based, person‑centered services.
• Assist with housing, medical care, education, and recovery supports access.
• Support clients in developing personal and community‑based support systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians, peer specialists, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting; conduct outreach and re-engagement when needed.
