Adult & Child Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Community Support Specialist (Housing Focus) to help individuals find stable housing and access essential services.

You will work in the community, build relationships with landlords and partners, provide case management, and advocate to ensure housing stability and recovery. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Human Services or related field required or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently in a community setting.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the community.
