Job summary

CompassHealthNetwork is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our behavioral health team in North Carolina. This full-time role involves meeting clients where they are—at home, in the office, and in the community—to support recovery goals and daily living skills.

You will partner with adults to access vital services, build supportive relationships, and work as part of an integrated care team. Regular driving is required to transport clients as part of service delivery.
