Since its founding in 1985, Queen of Peace Center (QOPC) has been providing family-centered behavioral healthcare for women, children, and families. As a member of the Federation of Catholic Charities, we serve the metropolitan and surrounding St. Louis area through four core programs: prevention, education, treatment, and housing.
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, Queen of Peace Center, is seeking a Community Support Specialist to provide person-centered rehabilitation and recovery support services to individuals with substance use and behavioral health needs. Working collaboratively with clients and the treatment team, this role helps individuals develop and achieve recovery goals, build independent living skills, access community resources, and strengthen natural support systems. The Community Support Specialist coordinates services, provides education and coaching, assists with crisis intervention and discharge planning, and supports clients in areas such as housing, employment, education, wellness, and daily living skills. Through a recovery-oriented approach, this position empowers individuals to achieve greater independence, maintain sobriety, and improve their overall quality of life while living successfully in the community.

Pre-Employment Screening
