Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field required or 1 year of graduate study in one of these fields.
• Knowledge of the legal system and the judicial process.
• Must be able to travel within the community.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups and handle high-tension situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offenders to ensure compliance with Court Orders and community safety.
• Comply with department policies, procedures, and CJAD standards.
• Prepare for Court hearings and maintain case files.
• Develop supervision plans and coordinate with community resources.
• Maintain accurate reports and monthly master records.
