Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Denver is seeking a Sports Manager to lead, coordinate and elevate our community sports programs. You will supervise staff and volunteers, partner with schools and community groups, and ensure safe, inclusive experiences for participants of all ages and abilities.

The role focuses on program quality, enrollment growth, budget adherence and strong customer relationships to expand access to YMCA sports across our communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting youth or adult sports programs.
• Experience supervising or leading employees or volunteers.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation and evaluation of YMCA sports programs.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop staff and volunteers.
• Build partnerships with schools and community organizations to increase participation.
• Monitor enrollment, budgets and program outcomes to drive growth.
