Qualifications

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program (or enrolled with expected completion within 9 months).
• Experience in social work with American Indian communities preferred.
• Ability to address biopsychosocial and cultural determinants of health.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive biopsychosocial and mental health assessments and formulates diagnostic impressions.
• Responds to urgent mental health and psychosocial crises in multiple settings.
• Provides clinical case management addressing medical, behavioral, social, environmental, and cultural determinants of health.
• Provides consultation to medical, behavioral health, and administrative staff regarding psychosocial factors.
