Easterseals Midwest is seeking a Community Services Instructor to connect people with disabilities to their communities, providing respite care and support to help them stay engaged and thrive.

You will work closely with families, ensuring services meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards while fostering independence, inclusion, and active participation in community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism, and their families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respite care and support services to families of individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
