North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) seeks a Consumer Services Coordinator to provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families in the SCV area. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring plans, coordinating services, and documenting compliance with NLACRC policies.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, meet families in homes or in the community, and may require bilingual Spanish in some roles. Boulder hybrid/remote options may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field.
• At least two years of related experience; Master’s degree may substitute.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and person-centered planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Participate in development and evaluation of program plans for individuals.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and families.
• Document and complete forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Schedule and attend interdisciplinary meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify barriers to service and work to implement culturally sensitive solutions.
