Qualifications

• Previous law enforcement or security experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure without constant direction.
• Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to monitor inside and outside of building.
• Communicate at shift change with oncoming officers.
• Complete required reports, including training and safety/fire inspection reports.
• Lock and unlock doors at required times.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
