Job summary

The Butler County Educational Service Center in Hamilton, Ohio seeks a Community School Liaison to assist TANF-eligible families in identifying and accessing social and health services to meet basic needs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in social services or related field, 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and partnership-building skills, and the ability to work flexible hours across multiple settings. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, sociology, psychology, or related field.
• Two years relevant work experience in family/social services.
• Knowledge of community resources and health and human system operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and team building skills.
• Ability to build partnerships in the community.
• Ability to work with diverse sectors of the community.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexible, nontraditional hours and multiple settings.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Good job attendance history.
• Must pass criminal background checks and be free from communicable disease.
