Highlights of the Community Sales Partner Position:

  • Supports the Community Sales’ Director and the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet budgeted occupancy and revenue, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments. A passion for helping seniors is essential.
  • Works in support of the Sales Director to provide the sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the Community’s sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Sales or leasing office experience is a plus.
  • Support for onsite marketing events.
  • Participation in tour support.
