Community Sales Manager in Training
SUMMARY:
As a Community Sales Manager In Training with Lokal Homes, you will play a critical role in supporting the new home sales process for our award-winning Colorado sales team! This role will rotate between Denver Metro Area communities and provide coverage while learning our systems, processes, and sales techniques. You will promote to a Community Sales Manager role with an increased commission scale after the successful completion of training expectations. This role will learn how to partner with the community construction team to sell homes that meet company expectations. Must be flexible on schedule but will have consecutive days off while providing sales center coverage for our team. A real estate license is NOT required to sell new homes in Colorado. The Community Sales Manager is responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer and team member.

New Home Sales Experience preferred but not required. High-end sales, leasing, or hospitality experience a plus.
Full-time position with an annual base salary of $50,000 plus bonuses paid monthly for supporting new home closings. Auto allowance provided in lieu of mileage reimbursement. Excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and 401k available. Dedicated resources in Marketing and Escrow departments to assist as well as a FUN company culture! Upon successful completion of learning objectives, the role will promote to Community Sales Manager with a new compensation plan with the opportunity to earn between $100K and $200K annually for achieving sales goals.
