Director of Marketing at Baker Residential, MIRM, Broker

The Community Sales Manager is a key member of the sales and marketing team charged with representing the Company and providing superior customer service. The individual is responsible for the sale of new single and/or multi-family homes in an assigned Baker Residential Community and coordinates all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• 100% Commission on total sales price with a Bi-Monthly Draw

• 50% of Commission Advanced on Ratified Sales Contracts

• Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Self-generate promotion to customer database
  • Promote community to local Realtors
  • Greet prospective customers and show model homes/floor plans
  • Ensure timely settlements to achieve monthly and annual goals
  • Perform on-site sales administrative functions
  • Provide monthly updates on community competition
  • Maintain and present well the model home site
  • Assist customers with site, house plan, and options selection
  • Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets
  • Prepare contracts, addenda, and color selections accurately
  • Assist with loan applications, deposits, and expedite approvals
  • Liaise with production team for building process planning and execution
  • Follow up on loans, contracts, and listings
  • Participate in regular sales meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred, or 5 years of experience in New Construction Sales or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Punctuality and professional appearance
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Well-organized and self-directed
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Lasso CRM, and ECI Mark Systems
  • Full Broker Real Estate License required by the State Real Estate Commission
  • Minimum of five years in home sales, with at least two in new construction
  • Availability to work weekends
