Apploi in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Senior Living Community Sales Director to guide seniors and families toward the right services in our Assisted Living Community. You will conduct educational tours, build trust, and close opportunities while navigating lifestyle transitions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, local partnerships, and hitting monthly sales targets. Compensation includes a 65K base, bonus, commission, PTO, holidays, and health insurance.

Formación

• Two+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• Strong customer service skills and basic financial knowledge.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Must love seniors.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to close the deal.

We are hiring a first-rate Senior Living Sales Director to provide expert guidance to seniors and their families looking for supportive care and services in an Assisted Living Community. In this sales position, you will meet with prospects to provide warm, educational tours and guidance while navigating complex lifestyle transitions. You must be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents and their families.

The Community Sales Director is responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals by building personal relationships and developing community partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) or more years of related healthcare sales experience.
• Must have strong customer service skills, basic financial knowledge, computer skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
