Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors with excellent customer service.
• Monitor entrances and authorize access for employees, visitors, and others.
• Patrol premises to deter intrusion and ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure.
• Respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, and document events in the Officer Assist system.
• Relieve Front Desk staff for breaks and maintain a visible, safety-conscious presence.
