Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MPH preferred.
3+ years of experience in research coordination.
2-5+ years of community engagement experience.
In-depth knowledge of IRB processes.
Strong MS Office, data analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate research activities, including participant recruitment, screening, and consent management in compliance with institutional guidelines.
Manage data collection and analysis using SurveyMonkey, Dedoose, and REDCap.
Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and grant proposals; develop presentations and reports for funding agencies.
Conduct literature reviews and contribute to survey question development and build surveys in SurveyMonkey and REDCap.
Maintain accurate documentation and source materials.
Facilitate community conversations and codesign sessions.
Support administrative tasks and resolve issues proactively.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
