Job summary

You will engage community leaders, manage data using SurveyMonkey, Dedoose, and REDCap, and assist with manuscripts, posters, and grant proposals. This role emphasizes independence, organization, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MPH preferred; postdoctoral candidates encouraged to apply.
• 3+ years of experience in research coordination.
• 2-5+ years of community engagement experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IRB processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research activities, including participant recruitment, screening, and consent management in compliance with institutional guidelines.
• Manage data collection and analysis using SurveyMonkey, Dedoose, and REDCap.
• Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and grant proposals; develop presentations and reports for funding agencies.
• Conduct literature reviews and contribute to survey question development and build surveys in SurveyMonkey and REDCap.
• Maintain accurate documentation and source materials.
• Facilitate community conversations and codesign sessions; support administrative tasks and resolve issues proactively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
