**Competitive Salary Plus Quarterly Bonus Potential of up to $2,500**

KIDS DENTAL BRANDS (NORTH CAROLINA & DANVILLE)is looking for a full-time bilingual Community Relations Specialistwho has a passion for helping others and who wantsto make a positive difference in their community.TheCommunity Relations Specialist's core function is tobuild awareness of our local dental practices and generate new patients in our offices. This role will work to developrelationships with key community partners, local schools, Head Start programs, and family support organizations inKIDS DENTAL BRANDS (NORTH CAROLINA & DANVILLE)

JOB TYPE:Full-time remote position. NC/VA

TRAVEL: Minimal travel is required between city and city, state

PAY:Starting salary $40,000-$42,000+

BONUS PAY:Quarterly bonus potential of $2500/quarter based on performance objectives and new patient goals. Travel required in NC and southern VA. Car allowance of $300/month provided.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Increase the number of new patients in local orthodonticdental offices
• Conduct research to support PR planning
• Assist in organizing and executing events, campaigns, etc.
• Represent the organization in public-facing events
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
• Day-to-day reporting and collaboration with a remote management team
• Assist in tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g. web analytics)
• ***Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a plus! (Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, etc..)
• Assist with social media efforts
• Support long-termrelationship management withlocal businesses
• Maintain ongoing call schedules with existing referral partners and community stakeholders to deliver promotional materials
• Mustbe okay with some travel. Will include 25% of travel betweenNORTH CAROLINA and DANVILLE, VA
