Community Relations Specialist Bilingual/Field Marketing Specialist - Kids Dental Brands

**Competitive Salary Plus Quarterly Bonus Potential of up to $2,500**

KIDS DENTAL BRANDS (NORTH CAROLINA & DANVILLE) is looking for a full-time bilingual Community Relations Specialist who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community. The core function of the Community Relations Specialist is to build awareness of our local dental practices and generate new patients in our offices. This role involves developing relationships with key community partners, local schools, Head Start programs, and family support organizations in KIDS DENTAL BRANDS (NORTH CAROLINA & DANVILLE).

JOB TYPE: Full-time remote position. NC/VA

TRAVEL: Minimal travel required between cities and states.

PAY: Starting salary $40,000-$42,000+

BONUS PAY: Quarterly bonus potential of $2,500 based on performance objectives and new patient goals. Travel required in NC and southern VA. Car allowance of $300/month provided.

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years in community relations/outreach, dental administrative work, or marketing.

LANGUAGE: Bilingual required (English and Spanish).

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Increase the number of new patients in local orthodontic dental offices.
• Conduct research to support PR planning.
• Assist in organizing and executing events, campaigns, etc.
• Represent the organization in public-facing events.
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions.
• Report daily activities and collaborate with a remote management team.
• Assist in tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g., web analytics).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
• Assist with social media efforts.
• Support long-term relationship management with local businesses.
• Maintain ongoing call schedules with existing referral partners and community stakeholders to deliver promotional materials.
• Must be okay with some travel, including 25% of travel between NORTH CAROLINA and DANVILLE, VA.
