Our client is seeking a Market Operations Director to contribute to personalized healthcare, empower patients, and deliver exceptional care at accessible neighborhood clinics where seniors feel at home.

The focus is on the relationship between patient and physician within a value-based model emphasizing outstanding patient experience, improved access, and better outcomes. Our clinics provide comprehensive primary care for seniors with Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans, aiming for higher quality, enhanced patient experience, and reduced total care costs.

Job Summary:

The Community Relations Specialist engages with the community through marketing, partnerships with Medicare sales agents, event coordination, and immersion into the senior community. The goal is to build brand awareness and facilitate membership growth by encouraging new patient appointments. The role also involves enhancing the client’s reputation and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and leverage relationships with community organizations such as senior centers, senior living facilities, faith-based groups, civic leaders, and food pantries to promote awareness and drive membership growth.
  2. Coordinate participation in senior-focused community events and host events at the clinic’s activity center.
  3. Collaborate with Membership Consultants and the Marketing Growth Manager to execute membership growth plans and meet or exceed targets.
  4. Partner with sales channels, including Medicare carrier agents and brokers, to generate leads and new patients through events.
  5. Monitor and report on event outcomes, leads, and new memberships to assess effectiveness.
  6. Manage and track marketing budget expenditures.
  7. Represent the client as an ambassador in the community.
Education and Experience:
  1. Undergraduate degree preferred.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Established community relationships.
  4. 4+ years of community outreach or sales experience (B2B or B2C preferred).
  5. Experience with provider offices or Medicare plans is a plus.
  6. High energy and passion for improving seniors’ lives.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
  8. Valid driver’s license required.
