The primary purpose of your job position is to build and grow census by developing, selling, marketing and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance in choosing an Independent/Assisted Living Campus.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing is preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or public relations, preferably in a health care setting. Demonstrate understanding and compassion to prospective clients and their families. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office; Windows, Excel and Outlook. Must have a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm for senior healthcare. Ability to learn new applications related to customer relations management.
