Job Description

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept ongoing recognition and constructive feedback
• Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment
