A leading company in community health seeks a Community Referral Coordinator to help schedule patient appointments and manage community partnerships in Eugene, OR. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience in CRM and EHR systems. This role involves regular interaction with community organizations and contribution to the healing process for individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.
Description
Location: Lane County, OR. *To be considered, candidates must reside in the Eugene, OR area.*
Compensation: $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week, Pacific Time.

The Role:
As a Referral Coordinator, plays a key role by scheduling referred patient appointments, tracking and scheduling circulation rides, and answering questions from community partners (including jails, emergency departments, treatment facilities, others).

Has effective verbal and written communication skills. Can type a speed of 60 words per minute or more. Has the ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment, has general knowledge regarding use of office equipment. A knowledge of chemical dependency and its effects on individuals, families, and communities is required.
