We are seeking a passionate Community Re-Entry Specialist (CRS) in Corrections. As an Alvis CRS, you will oversee all individuals entering and exiting the facility. Employees will be responsible for monitoring client whereabouts at all times to ensure the safety and security of the facility and the community.

Employees will perform duties in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and adhere to agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts. They will engage with clients regularly and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to promote healthy decision-making and positive interpersonal skills.

Employees may be required to assist with staff onboarding and facilitate client structured activities as needed. Overtime and filling in for absent workers may be required to maintain staffing levels for a 24/7/365 operation.
