Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements long range plans, programs, and schedules for multiple facilities and staff.
• Prepares and manages the annual operating budget for multiple organizations.
• Trains staff, volunteers, contract instructors and participants on policies and programs.
• Develops cost-effective programs meeting community needs with safety compliance.
• Assess community trends and evaluate programs for effectiveness and participation.
