Commander, Navy Installations Command is seeking a Recreation Assistant for the Naval Air Station/JRB Fort Worth, TX. The role supports Morale, Welfare, and Recreation programs, handles customer service, information, and sales, and assists with events and field operations.

Responsibilities include cataloging equipment, ensuring facility access, processing registrations, and helping with staff tasks. A relevant associate degree is required if experience is insufficient; the position is full-time

Qualifications

• This position requires an associate's degree if applicant does not possess required experience.
• Experience with customer service and event support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and information on Community Recreation programs.
• Handles payments and maintains daily sales records using POS systems.
• Manages reservations and checkout of equipment and facilities; maintains inventory.
• Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing MWR programs and events.
• Supports recruitment, training, and scheduling of Community Recreation staff.
