Qualifications

• Three or more years of Recreation or Business experience on a Military Installation or similar civilian community.
• Three or more years of experience analyzing financial information and formulating/executing APF and NAF budgets.
• Three or more years of experience developing/executing Capitol Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) projects.
• Demonstrated ability to execute Human Resources Program, supervise personnel, and manage personnel responsibilities.
• Contracting Officer Representative (COR) training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage recreation and related programs for a garrison or civilian operation.
• Oversee program, facility and leadership management activities within the Directorate.
• Coordinate HR functions and personnel management responsibilities across teams.
