Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn MWR policies and rules and regulations.
• Must have ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Basic reading comprehension to adhere to rules and SOPs.
• Basic custodial tasks (sweeping, mopping, etc.).
• Basic computer operations and keyboarding, including POS systems and desktop PCs.
• Basic arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, etc.).
• Basic customer service delivery methods to identify needs and resolve issues.
• Basic understanding of MWR elements to answer questions or refer appropriately.
