Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in athletics, recreation event planning, or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of the techniques of planning and directing recreation activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with recreational, educational and social events to meet residents' needs.
• Set up and clean up before, during, and after events and rentals (lock/unlock facilities, vendor setup, seating, equipment distribution).
• Maintain official score at athletic events and report results in a timely manner.
• Perform cashiering and gatekeeping duties at the Knightdale Community Pool.
