Job summary

Compass Health Network in Nevada seeks a Community Support Specialist CSTAR to support recovery journeys for individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. This full-time, Monday–Friday role works with a dynamic care team to provide holistic, community-based services that empower clients to regain stability and build independent, healthy lives.

Qualifications

• Must qualify for CSS position based on overall CSS requirements.
• Four years of qualifying experience or an applicable degree.
• Valid driver’s license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group recovery support.
• Assist with housing, medical care, education, and recovery supports.
• Support clients in building personal and community-based supports.
• Collaborate with clinicians, peer specialists, and providers.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting.
• Conduct outreach and re-engagement efforts.
• Collect and process urine drug screens.
• Provide client transportation as clinically indicated.
• Travel and driving are essential functions.
