Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a Community Support Specialist CSTAR to assist individuals in recovery from substance use in Nevada. The role focuses on holistic, community-based services and client empowerment, with daily activities Monday–Friday in a full-time schedule.

You'll work closely with care teams to connect clients with housing, medical care, education, and recovery supports, documenting progress and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must meet CSS requirements as listed in posting.
• Valid driver's license and minimum auto coverage.
• Experience delivering services to individuals with mental illness or SUD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group recovery support.
• Assist with housing, medical care, education, and recovery resources.
• Collaborate with clinicians, peer specialists, and providers.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting.
• Provide transportation as clinically indicated.
• Travel and driving are essential.
• Conduct outreach and re-engagement when needed.
