Job summary

Indiana University Health Medical Group, in partnership with the Indiana University School of Medicine, seeks a diagnostic radiologist for the Community Division at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. This role blends community imaging with the resources and academic mission of IU Health and IU School of Medicine.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive imaging interpretation, participate in teaching of residents, and contribute to quality improvement and patient care

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and licensed or eligible in Indiana.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology Residency.
• Board Certification or eligibility by the American Board of Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality interpretation of diagnostic imaging across modalities (General Radiography, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography if trained, Nuclear Medicine if trained).
• Deliver timely and accurate reports supporting patient care.
• Consult with referring physicians regarding imaging findings and recommendations.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and departmental initiatives.
