Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience treating underserved communities
• Experience in trauma-informed care
• Ability to supervise medical staff, including psychiatric nurse practitioners

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by interview, history review, and testing as needed
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with medications and therapies
• Complete documentation within required state and clinical guidelines
• Coordinate with primary care and behavioral health team to ensure continuity of care
• Provide supervision and weekly case reviews for psychiatric nurse practitioners
• Maintain productivity with defined patient-load targets and timely chart reviews
