Zusammenfassung

Maryland Psychiatric Care, LLC seeks compassionate PRP Specialists to join a multidisciplinary team serving adults, adolescents, and children in home, community, and clinical settings. You will promote recovery, independence, and community integration through structured, skill-based rehabilitation.

Responsibilities include developing IRPs, teaching daily living and social skills, coordinating care with therapists and families, providing psychoeducation, and ensuring compliant EHR documentation

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of serious mental illness, recovery-oriented care, and community-based services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in the community and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and credentialing requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized PRP services in accordance with the client’s IRP.
• Assist clients in developing daily living skills, coping strategies, and social skills.
• Support clients with community integration, resource linkage, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, case managers, schools, families, and external agencies.
• Provide psychoeducation related to mental health symptoms, medication adherence, wellness, and recovery goals.
• Observe, document, and report client progress, barriers, and behavioral concerns timely.
• Maintain complete, compliant, and timely documentation in the EHR per COMAR, Medicaid, and CARF standards.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and trainings.
• Adhere to MPC policies, confidentiality (HIPAA), and safety protocols.
