Qualifications

• 5 years of property management experience, 1 year with tax credits required.
• HUD knowledge and strong management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Prior training in budget preparations and analyzing reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop community engagement strategies to increase satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media.
• Plan and execute community events and activities.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and report to management.
