Washtenaw County Health Department is seeking a coordinated program support specialist to assist with planning, data reporting, and contract tracking. You will work with staff, volunteers, and community partners to monitor compliance, compile data for reports, and help coordinate program operations.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, experience handling data, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to support program goals and community services.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma required.
• Associate degree or coursework in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology or related fields preferred.
• Not-for-profit experience preferred.
• Ability to work with numbers and prepare reports.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and implementation of monthly in-service meetings, volunteer orientation, site training and other programmatic events.
• Assist with volunteer recruitment: intake, pre-service training, site placement, and new volunteer support.
• Assist Program Supervisor with regular site visits and site compliance monitoring.
• Assist Program Supervisor with volunteer evaluations.
• Track, input and compile data for reporting and reimbursements; publish quarterly newsletters and website updates.
• Maintain accurate files and records; ensure adherence to federal guidelines for compliance.
