Alzheimer's Association - Orange County Chapter seeks a Program Manager to activate a grassroots network across eastern North Dakota and surrounding areas, engaging volunteers and community partners to expand education and support for dementia.

Based in Fargo, ND, the role requires leadership, travel, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver grant-funded programs and education nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, management, nursing or related Health and Human services field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements that meet organizational goals.
• Activate and support volunteers using Association methods and lead Portfolio of Community Program Offerings.
• Deliver brain health and dementia education in North Dakota and implement program reach strategy.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements.
• Collaborate across revenue, advocacy, leadership, marketing to expand reach and impact.
• Evaluate and improve volunteer performance as needed.
• Provide backup support to ND Program Director and Sr. Program Manager.
• Implement grant-funded projects to achieve Association objectives.
• Travel to Eastern North Dakota communities to deliver education.
