Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old, in good health.
• Associates Degree or the equivalent of 60 hours of college coursework or equivalent work/military experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must pass the Maine Criminal Justice Academy ALERT Test and Physical Agility Test.
• Must pass a polygraph examination, a psychological test, medical tests, and an in-depth background investigation.
