The role requires board certification or eligibility to achieve certification within 18 months, with experience in electronic medical records and leadership as a plus. The position emphasizes population health, evidence-based medicine, and integrated care delivery.

Formación

• Licensed physician in California or board eligible with plan to certify within 18 months.
• Board certification in chosen specialty or board eligible, with expectation to become certified within 18 months of employment.
• Experience with electronic medical records and computer-based systems.
• Leadership and/or management experience preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provides medical services to AltaMed patients.
• Delivers care aligned with AltaMed’s Team-Based Care Model focused on population health and evidence-based medicine.
• Supports integrated delivery of care with appropriate resource use and collaboration across teams.
