Job summary

AGC Human Resources in Guaynabo, PR is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to oversee clinical and operational management of the community pharmacy. The Pharmacist will counsel patients, dispense medications, and lead the pharmacy team in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree required.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license issued by the Puerto Rico Board of Pharmacy required.
• DEA registration for controlled substances required.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide medication counseling and clinical guidance to patients and caregivers.
• Perform medication therapy management (MTM) consultations as appropriate.
• Identify and resolve drug interactions, contraindications, and therapeutic duplications.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient medication needs.
