Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Community Staff Pharmacist to assist the Community Pharmacy Manager with directing staff and developing services to optimize patient care, including drug regimen review, disease state management, counseling, adherence monitoring, discharge reconciliation, dispensing, and immunization administration.

This PRN float role requires Kentucky licensure, a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, current BLS, immunization certification within 6 months, and a valid driver’s

Formación

• Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license in good standing.
• Doctorate of Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Immunization certification within 6 months of hire.
• Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Community Pharmacy Manager with oversight of pharmacy operations and personnel.
• Support orientation, training, and development of community pharmacy staff.
• Ensure compliance with Baptist Health policies, 340B program (if applicable), accrediting bodies, REMS, third-party payers, audits, and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain patient records for clinical and dispensing services; ensure safety and documentation of medication events.
• Perform dispensing and immunization duties and support safe transitions of care from hospital to patients.

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)
