Job summary

Cambridge Caregivers is seeking a Community Liaison to drive business development by engaging healthcare providers, clergy, and local partners in North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and McKinney. You will collaborate with Scheduling, QA, Finance, and Client On-boarding to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and collaborative, with 5+ years in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare. This full-time, in-person role offers growth and impact across departments.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with potential partners and referral sources.
• Engage in networking inside and outside the industry to raise the company's profile.
• Consult with potential clients and inform them about options and policies.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Finance, QA, and Director of Nursing on visits and updates.
• Represent the agency at conferences, expos, and vendor fairs.
• Manage client pipeline and forecasts using CRM software.
