• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 7+ years in community engagement, journalism, nonprofit leadership, communications or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to understand priorities and opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and communicate community insights to leadership and partners.
• Identify story opportunities and support audience engagement across channels.
• Serve as the station's primary community liaison with civic, nonprofit, business, educational and government groups.
• Lead planning and execution of forums, town halls, public-service initiatives, and educational programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement efforts and measure impact.
