Job summary

Wider Circle seeks a Community Liaison to represent the organization in Essex County and parts of Northern New Jersey. You will knock on doors, forge partnerships, and convert leads into enrollments in Wider Circle’s Connect for Life programs.

The role is full-time and temporary through the end of 2026, with potential to convert to permanent based on performance. Travel between community sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door to build partnerships with senior centers, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations.
• Establish regular meetings to understand needs and align Wider Circle offerings.
• Plan events and attend gatherings to present Wider Circle’s services.
• Create direct referral channels from community organizations.
• Assist individuals in signing up for services and identify beneficiaries.
