WeCare Centers is seeking an energetic Admissions, Business Development & Community Relations Liaison to support our Cedarhurst community. This externally facing role focuses on developing referral relationships, building WeCare’s presence, and supporting census growth by partnering with healthcare providers, community organizations, businesses, and officials.

The role will involve promoting services, coordinating admissions processes, and representing WeCare Centers at various community events

Qualifikationen

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, healthcare, community relations, or a related field preferred.
• Previous admissions, business development, marketing, sales, community relations, or outreach experience preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, physicians, healthcare organizations, and other referral sources.
• Build external relationships with community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, chambers of commerce, senior organizations, and other community partners.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with local, county, state, and other government officials and their offices.
• Represent WeCare Centers at community events, networking opportunities, senior expos, chamber events, healthcare meetings, and other external functions.
• Identify opportunities for community partnerships, sponsorships, educational programs, outreach initiatives, and collaborative events.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, healthcare organizations, community partners, and other potential referral sources.
• Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to support admissions and census growth.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners, prospective residents, and families.
• Coordinate the referral-to-admission process, including required documentation, insurance information, approvals, and authorizations.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve short- and long-term census and business development goals.
• Promote facility services, programs, capabilities, success stories, and community involvement.
• Assist with marketing materials, presentations, social media opportunities, and facility promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate facility tours and community visits for referral partners, community leaders, and government representatives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources, community partners, and prospective admissions.
• Track outreach activities, referrals, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
