The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is looking for a Community Participation Aide for their Community Fusion program in Carlisle. Job description

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Participation Aide to work in our Community Fusion program assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Participation Aides assist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities.

Openings

Shermans Dale – 4 days a week, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. No weekends or holidays.

Carlisle and Mechanicsburg – 5 days a week, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

• Compensation: Part‑time position starting pay is $13.18 per hour.

• Requirements: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience is helpful but not required.
