Job summary

Providence Medical Group is seeking a Community Paramedic in Oregon to collaborate with physicians for initial assessment and directed management of patients within Mobile Integrated Health. You will collect vitals, perform basic exams, gather patient information, and document care in the electronic health record.

Qualified candidates will hold Oregon paramedic licensure, National Provider BLS, and have at least 3 years of paramedic experience in 911, transfer, or mobile integrated health

Qualifications

• Education/Training as required to meet licensure.
• Oregon Paramedic licensure at time of hire.
• National Provider BLS certification at time of hire.
• 3 years of paramedic experience (911/transfer service/Mobile Integrated Health).

Responsibilities

• Collect vital signs and perform basic physical assessment.
• Gather patient information and communicate with providers.
• Facilitate follow-up scheduling and care plan adherence.
• Utilize predetermined care plan protocols.
• Document care and updates in the electronic health record.
